FAQ

The Laces
How does the lifetime guarantee work?

If you manage to break, cut, or burn through your Rhino Laces while they're on your boots doing real work, we'll replace them free. Forever. No receipts framed on the wall required — just send us your original order number, a picture of the casualties, and tell us how the hell you broke them. We genuinely want to know.

Email misty@rhinolaces.com or use the support page and we'll get new ones moving.

What makes Rhino Laces so strong?

The core is para-aramid fiber — the same family of materials used on the Mars rover — wrapped in a blended protective sheathing. By weight, they're 8x stronger than steel.

That means: no stretch worth mentioning (your boots stay cinched), no melting or dripping under flame, and high resistance to abrasion, acids, solvents, salt water, and everything else a job site throws at them. The Science Channel held a torch to a pair and gave up before the laces did.

Will they melt or burn?

No-melt, no-drip — the fiber system keeps working after brief high-heat exposure, unlike the plastic-based laces that came with your boots. They were designed by wildland firefighters who were tired of replacing melted laces. It's the whole reason we exist.

Sizing & Fit
How do I pick the right size?

Pull a lace out of your current boots and measure it end to end — that's the only method that works every time. Boot makers vary too much for eyelet-counting to be reliable.

If your measurement lands between two of our lengths, size up. Extra inch to tie with beats coming up short.

Will they fit through my boots' eyelets?

Our metal aglets are 3.8mm at the widest point and fit virtually every major boot brand. If yours are the exception, tell us within 30 days and we'll exchange them, no drama.

I ordered the wrong size. Now what?

Happens all the time — it's why we push the measuring thing so hard. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap them for the right length. Unused laces, original aglets intact, and you're covered.

How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
