Please send all product questions, concerns, feedback, or replacement request via email to audra@rhinolaces.com.

If you are requesting a replacement pair of Rhino Laces due to damage that was incurred while the laces were installed on your boots, please include your original order number, name, mailing address, and lace color/size. Please also include a description of how they were damaged and a photo if possible (we are always learning and looking for ways to improve our products).
